21-Day Client Engine™

By purchasing or engaging in the 21-Day Client Engine™ service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
The 21-Day Client Engine™ is a done-for-you (or done-with-you) marketing system build that may include:
Strategy and offer optimization
Funnel design and build (landing pages, booking flows, etc.)
Paid advertising setup (creative, copy, targeting)
Email and/or SMS automation setup
System launch, testing, and optimization support
The exact scope of work depends on the package selected (Core, Growth, or Scale) and will be confirmed prior to project start.
2. Delivery Timeline
We aim to build, test, and launch your Client Engine within 21 days of your official start date.
The start date is defined as the date when:
Payment is received
Required onboarding materials are submitted
Access to necessary platforms is granted
Delays in communication, asset delivery, or approvals may extend the timeline.
3. 21-Day Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee that your Client Engine will be built and ready for launch within 21 days of the official start date.
If delays occur due to our internal processes, we will continue working at no additional cost until the system is complete.
This guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by:
Missing or late client deliverables
Lack of communication or approvals
Platform issues outside our control (ad accounts, software, etc.)
4. No Performance Guarantees
While we design systems to generate leads and booked calls:
We do not guarantee specific results, including number of leads, calls, revenue, or ROI
Results depend on factors such as offer quality, pricing, market conditions, ad spend, and implementation
We are responsible for building the system — not controlling external variables.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery and optimal results, you agree to:
Provide all requested information, assets, and access in a timely manner
Respond to communication and approvals promptly
Maintain an active ad budget (if running ads)
Participate in required calls or feedback loops
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact results and timelines.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full or via agreed-upon payment plan prior to project start
All payments are non-refundable due to the custom and strategic nature of the service
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services
7. Scope of Work
This service includes the setup and initial launch of your marketing system.
Unless otherwise specified, it does not include:
Long-term ad management (unless part of Growth or Scale package)
Ongoing funnel redesigns beyond initial build
Continuous content creation
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
8. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are included during the build phase.
However:
Major scope changes or additional requests may incur additional fees
Final approval of assets and systems is the client’s responsibility
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
You retain ownership of your funnels, ad accounts, and marketing assets
However:
We retain the right to use anonymized results, examples, or case studies for marketing purposes
All frameworks, processes, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Silience and Sonder.
10. Confidentiality
All client information, data, and materials will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
[Your Name / Business Name] shall not be held liable for any:
Loss of revenue or business opportunities
Ad platform issues (account bans, disapprovals, etc.)
Technical failures outside our control
You agree to use the system and recommendations at your own discretion.
12. Service Credit
If you previously purchased the Conversion Fix Intensive, the amount paid ($297) may be credited toward your Client Engine build.
This credit:
Has no cash value
Is non-transferable
Must be applied at the time of purchase
13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
The client is uncooperative, abusive, or non-responsive
Required materials or communication are not provided
The project is no longer viable due to external factors
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
14. Availability
We limit Client Engine builds to a set number per month to maintain quality.
Booking is subject to availability and scheduling.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued engagement with the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
