By purchasing and booking the Conversion Fix Intensive, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

The Conversion Fix Intensive is a paid service that includes:

• A 60–90 minute private strategy session (via Zoom or similar platform)

• A review and discussion of your marketing assets and overall marketing system

• A personalized Loom video and strategic action plan delivered within 48 hours after the session

This service is designed to provide strategic insight, recommendations, and guidance for improving your marketing performance.

2. No Guarantees

While we aim to provide high-quality, actionable strategy:

• We do not guarantee specific results, including leads, sales, revenue, or business growth

• Outcomes depend on multiple factors including implementation, offer quality, market conditions, and external variables

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own business decisions and results.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking

• All payments are non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and strategic nature of the service

• By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Missed calls or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative time will be provided

5. Client Responsibility

By participating in this service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business and marketing

• Attend the session on time and prepared

• Submit requested materials (funnels, links, assets, etc.) prior to the call when applicable

The quality of the strategy provided depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you share.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including:

• Loom videos

• Written strategy plans

• Verbal recommendations

are the intellectual property of Silience and Sonder.

These materials are for your personal business use only and may not be:

• Shared publicly

• Distributed

• Reproduced or resold

without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your business and your information.

All materials, data, and conversations shared during the Conversion Fix Intensive will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

[Your Name / Business Name] shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from:

• Use or misuse of the strategy or recommendations

• Business decisions made based on the session

• Technical issues or third-party platform failures

9. Service Credit Toward Future Engagement

If you choose to move forward with a done-for-you or done-with-you service (including the 21-Day Client Engine™):

• The full amount paid for the Conversion Fix Intensive ($297) may be credited toward that service

• This credit is applied at our discretion and must be used within a reasonable timeframe

• This credit holds no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if:

• The client is uncooperative, abusive, or inappropriate

• The business is not aligned with our expertise or values

• Required information is not provided

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of this service indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
